With more than two decades of experience in real estate development and design, Ben combines his architectural design expertise with a proven ability to create high-value projects. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Master’s in Architecture, he has spent his career designing, permitting, and building development projects throughout New England.

Ben is recognized for uncovering opportunities that others overlook, leveraging creative design thinking and a deep understanding of zoning and permitting to maximize project potential. His ability to re-envision acquisitions, enhance existing designs, and unlock untapped value has consistently generated strong returns for partners and investors.

Passionate about design excellence, Ben has developed a strong focus in hospitality and residential projects, including boutique hotels, rental communities, and some of the top-performing vacation homes in New England. His portfolio reflects a consistent track record of exceeding expectations and producing projects that distinguish themselves in highly competitive markets.

DESIGN & OPERATIONS

Delince is a Massachusetts attorney and real estate developer with more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and more recently hospitality operations. He is currently a co-owner and operator of a successful inn in a premier seacoast community, bringing proven hands-on expertise in hotel management to the project.

Over the course of Delince's career, he has developed and redeveloped numerous projects throughout Massachusetts, with a focus on identifying undervalued assets and creating value through repositioning and redevelopment. Delince's background as a top-producing real estate broker — with more than $180 million in closed sales and recognition in Best of Boston (Boston Magazine) gives him a unique advantage in asset valuation, market analysis, and exit strategies.

Delince's legal expertise ensures sophisticated deal structuring, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, while his track record demonstrates the ability to deliver profitable projects from acquisition through disposition.

A Medford native and a long-time Boston resident, Delince lives with his wife and son and brings a global perspective shaped by travel to over 25 countries. Delince's passion for hospitality, combined with decades of real estate and legal experience, makes him uniquely positioned to lead and execute a successful hotel investment.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Erin has spent the past 15 years in a variety of marketing roles including communications, brand strategy, consumer insights, and innovation.

She has worked at several global brands including Reebok and Lindt Chocolate managing large scale marketing efforts. Erin has a depth of expertise in innovation and product development, most recently leading teams in the pet food industry to deliver impactful new products to the market.

Her most recent path has brought her to the hospitality industry where she is leading overall marketing strategy, launch planning, and supporting operations for boutique hotels.
